As somebody with a brain that is hard to turn off, these guys have a customer for life. I fall asleep 30 minutes after taking, almost to the minute. Falling asleep is never my problem but staying asleep is as soon as I wake up my brain just starts to go. With stoned ape sleep, every time I wake up I'm able to fall right back asleep. The best part is in the morning, I am not groggy at all and feel totally rested which is very different. Don't like melatonin but someone told me to try this and I did and really liked it. Just enough melatonin to work but not too much to give me bad dreams. Would recommend.

I have taken many sleeping pills in my life there has only been 2 that I would buy multiple times and the first one you can't find anymore. This work great for me. I know sometimes things are different for each human but I could take just 1 pill most nights and sleep well. Big fan

I really wanted to like it but the melatonin in it just causes me to wake up 3-4 hours after falling asleep. Wake up feeling like I have a hangover. If there was a version without melatonin I'd try that out.

Been taking for a few months now and so far so good. I've been tracking my stats on my Oura Ring since I started taking it and I don't know if I'd attribute all the effects to Stoned Ape, but there's been a big improvement to my sleep scores since I started my subscription.

Too early to tell

I normally take 3mg of melatonin a night but since switching to Dream have stopped taking melatonin and have experienced a noticeable improvement in sleep quality on my Whoop. No grogginess, deeper sleep. I know there are a variety of factors that impact my sleep but nothing else in my regimen has changed, so I'll keep taking to see how the effects are long term. But so far so good.

I was hesitant to try this product because I take 5mg of melatonin every night. But I tried DREAM every night for 7 days to see if I felt a difference. My sleep seemed to be deeper and longer. Also, if I got up early before my alarm, I found that I could fall back asleep, which hasn't happened in a very long time. I'd recommend giving this a try if you are looking for a natural sleep aid.
