I have taken many sleeping pills in my life there has only been 2 that I would buy multiple times and the first one you can't find anymore. This work great for me. I know sometimes things are different for each human but I could take just 1 pill most nights and sleep well. Big fan

I really wanted to like it but the melatonin in it just causes me to wake up 3-4 hours after falling asleep. Wake up feeling like I have a hangover. If there was a version without melatonin I'd try that out.
