Started taking Dream a couple weeks ago, after a few days I could see a huge difference. I haven't slept well in years, couldn't get to sleep, wake up and couldn't get back to sleep, woke up around 0630 no matter how late I was up. Right now I take Dream before bed and have no issues going to sleep(no constant mind racing) I'm getting 7-8 hours, if I wake up I can go right back to sleep. I'm guessing the better sleep is helping my body too, less pain at night and when I wake up So far, this is great.

Don't like melatonin but someone told me to try this and I did and really liked it. Just enough melatonin to work but not too much to give me bad dreams. Would recommend.

Who doesn't love a clean energy source?! As an internal medicine resident, I was so excited to try these out.
