Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible merchandise, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Merchandise Returns

To be eligible for a return on merchandise (including apparel and other non-consumable items), your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Supplement Products

Due to safety and health regulations, all supplement products are final sale and non-returnable.

 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for supplements that are opened or unopened. However, if your supplement product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase with a description of the issue and a photo of the affected product(s). Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

To start a merchandise return, contact us at support@stonedape.xyz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Subscription Products

Subscription products require a minimum three-shipment commitment. This minimum commitment exists because many supplements require consistent use over time to experience benefits, and because subscription pricing reflects a discount compared to one-time purchases.

 

After completing your initial three-shipment subscription period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Subscription payments are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. For damaged items, please include a photo so we can verify the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including supplement products, sale items, and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable goods (which we do not sell, but our lawyers insist we say anyway).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order and include a photo of the affected product(s). If eligible, we will arrange a replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This applies to merchandise only.

 

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

 

Supplement products are excluded from EU returns. If a supplement arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement after verification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within ten (10) business days.
