According to my Oura Ring it's working

Been taking for a few months now and so far so good. I've been tracking my stats on my Oura Ring since I started taking it and I don't know if I'd attribute all the effects to Stoned Ape, but there's been a big improvement to my sleep scores since I started my subscription.
